以问题意识为导向、以能力培养为核心的混合式教学模式改革——以《社会保障概论》课程为例

混合式教学模式是将课堂知识点与创新课题结合。首先,引进"翻转课堂"的理念,引导学生在课前通过网络资源完成对课堂知识点的学习并展示;其次,培养学生问题意识,依据学生的兴趣分为若干兴趣小组,初步确定创新课题的主题和内容;第三,以能力培养为核心,依据研究计划进行实习实践,完成研究课题。这一教学模式实现了"教""学""用""研"的有机结合,既培养了学生的自主学习能力、团队协作能力、创新能力,又提升了学生的业务水平。
