摘要 混合式教学模式是将课堂知识点与创新课题结合。首先,引进"翻转课堂"的理念,引导学生在课前通过网络资源完成对课堂知识点的学习并展示;其次,培养学生问题意识,依据学生的兴趣分为若干兴趣小组,初步确定创新课题的主题和内容;第三,以能力培养为核心,依据研究计划进行实习实践,完成研究课题。这一教学模式实现了"教""学""用""研"的有机结合,既培养了学生的自主学习能力、团队协作能力、创新能力,又提升了学生的业务水平。 The hybrid teaching model combines classroom knowledge points with innovative topics. First of all, the concept of “flip classroom” is introduced to guide students to complete the learning and display of classroom knowledge points through network resources before class; secondly, The hybrid teaching model can cultivate students’ problem awareness. To divide students into interest groups according to their interests, then initially determine the innovative topics. Theme and content; Finally, with the core of capacity development, it practices the internship according to the research plan and completes the research topic. This teaching mode realizes the organic combination of “teaching” “learning” “applying” “researching”, which not only cultivates students’ independent learning ability, teamwork ability, innovation ability, but also enhances the teaching business ability of teachers.
