高职院校就业指导课程体系构建思考

Thoughts on the Construction of Employment Guidance Curriculum System in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着当前高校毕业生的逐年增多,就业工作已经成为了当前高校工作当中非常重要的一个组成部分,甚至成为了对高校考核的重要指标。高职院校的毕业生要提高自身的就业竞争能力,除了要拥有过硬的专业技术之外,还需要有比较丰富的就业指导知识,那么完善的就业指导课程体系就显得尤为重要了。通过对大学生就业指导课程的发展历程与演变轨迹进行了一定的梳理,并在此基础上对当前高职院校的就业指导课程所存在的不足进行了阐述,进一步提出了高职院校就业指导课程体系构建的策略,期望能够为大学生的就业工作提供一定的理论参考与实践指导。

With the increasing number of current college graduates, work of employment has become a very important part of the current college work, and even become an important indicator of college assessment.Graduates of higher vocational colleges need to improve their competitiveness in employment. Besides having excellent professional skills, they also need to have abundant knowledge of employment guidance.Then the perfect employment guidance curriculum system becomes particularly important.This article from the perspective of the development of college students’ employment guidance course and evolution path of the comb, and on this basis of the current higher vocational colleges of the defects in the employment guidance course, further put forward some thinking of career guidance curriculum system in higher vocational colleges to build, expect to provide certain reference for the employment of college students theoretical and practical guidance.
