重庆市创业促进政策及其对大学生创业的启示

The Policy of Promoting Entrepreneurship in Chongqing and its Enlightenment to College Students' starting-up

大学生创业对缓解就业压力、造就创业型经济、培育创造型人才有重要作用,是推动产业结构转型的重要力量。但大学生创业成功率不高,面临着融资困难、缺乏经验、不了解政策等难题。以重庆市为例,将政府官方网站公布出来的政策文本进行梳理,总结出整体性创业促进政策、优质新创企业的支持政策、重点群体的创业扶持政策、小型微利企业扶持政策,为大学生创业提供参考和可行的建议。

College students’entrepreneurship plays an important role in relieving the pressure of employment, creating an entrepreneurial economy and cultivating creative talents. It is an important force to promote the industrial structure transformation. However, the success rate of college students is not high, and they are faced with difficulties in financing, lack of experience, and lack of understanding of policy. Take the city of Chongqing as an example and comb through the policy texts published on official government websites, this paper summarizes the policy of integral entrepreneurship promotion, the support policy of high-quality start-up enterprises, the policy of support for entrepreneurship of key groups and the policy of support for small-scale and micro-profit enterprises, and provides reference and feasible suggestions for university students to start their own businesses.
