黄石市科技创新体系现状与对策研究

科技创新成为经济发展的第一驱动力。区域科技创新是企业与国家科技创新的桥梁和纽带;区域创新体系最终要服务于微观层面,以增强企业的科技创新能力。协同创新平台与共性服务平台作为区域科技创新体系的重要组成部分,是提高产业自主创新能力、推动产业创新发展的重要支撑。从黄石协同创新平台与共性服务平台发展现状出发,剖析了黄石协同创新平台与共性服务平台发展中存在的主要问题,对如何加强黄石协调创新平台和共性服务平台建设提出了相关建议。

The scientific and technological innovation has become the first driving force of economic development. Regional scientific and technological innovation acts as the bridge and tie between enterprises and national scientific and technological innovation, ultimately regional innovation system will serve the microeconomic level to enhance the technological innovation ability of enterprises. Cooperative innovation platform and common service platform are playing important roles in regional scientific and technological innovation system, they are crucial support for improving self-innovation capability of industry and promoting the development of industrial innovation. According to the current development situation, this paper analyzes the main existing problems in cooperative innovation platform and common service platform of Huangshi, and provides some relevant suggestions to strengthen the construction of platforms.
