摘要
运用文献资料法探究自我决定理论和计划行为理论的研究现状及不足,并把两理论相融合以弥补彼此的缺陷。详细的阐述了两种理论的融合,分析了体育课堂中教师的支持促进高校大学生自主体育锻炼的理论路径。研究结果表明教师的自主支持影响学生课外体育活动中的因果知觉、态度、行为规范和意图,进而影响学生的体育行为和学习动机。
Through the literature data method, this paper aims to explore disadvantages of the self-determination theory and the theory of planned behavior. The two theories are fused to make up for each other's defects.The integration of the two theories elaborates on the theoretical path of the independent support of the teachers in the physical education class to promote the independent physical exercise of college students. The paper proposes that teachers' perceived autonomy support in physical education will affect the students' perception of causality, attitude, code of conduct intentions, and physical activity behavior in leisure time.
