“一带一路”倡议下福建自贸区供给侧改革策略研究

The Supply-side Reform in the Fujian Free Trade Zone Under “The Belt and Road” Initiatives

"一带一路"倡议的大力实施,不仅为福建经济的进一步发展带来了新的契机,也为福建自贸区自身的转型升级创造了良好条件。如何在"一带一路"倡议下大力推进并创新自贸区的供给侧改革,是处理自贸区发展缺陷的重中之重。福建自贸区虽然与"一带一路"沿线的国家经贸合作规模不断扩大、合作范围进一步拓宽,但仍存在自贸区内的经济贸易水平有待提高、内陆地区的基础产业十分薄弱、对外贸易出口方式有进一步改进的空间等问题。因此,为了促进福建自贸区进一步转型升级,自贸区供给侧改革应增强对自贸区的各项产业发展、各个区域之间的管理等方面的重点开发。

The “One Belt and One Road” development strategy has brought new vitality to the rapid economic development of Fujian,and has created conditions for the transformation and upgrading of the free trade zone.How to use these opportunities under the “One Belt and One Road” strategic plan and vigorously promote and innovate the supply-side reform in the free trade zone is the top priority in dealing with the development gap in the free trade zone. Although the scale of China’s economic and trade exchanges along the “One Belt and One Road” approach has increased,the number of companies has increased,and the scope of cooperation has further deepened in the Fujian Free Trade Zone,there is still a further increase in the level of economic and trade in the free trade zone. Therefore,in order to achieve a sound and rapid development of Fujian’s free trade area,Fujian’s further transformation and upgrading of trade zone supply side reform should enhance the development of various industries in the Free Trade Zone,transportation and logistics networks,personnel exchanges between all regions,and management among various regions.
