高职教育面临的主要矛盾及破解思路探析

当前,我国高职教育面临的主要矛盾突出表现为高职教育人才供给无法满足我国经济发展对高层次技术技能人才的需求。破解这一主要矛盾,要抓关键、补短板、强弱项,着力在"转、促、融"三方面下功夫。

Presently,China’s higher vocational education’s main problems are that the talents educated fail to meet the requirement of high-quality talents for China’s economic development. The solutions include sticking to the key （talent education）,complementing the shortcoming （integrating working and teaching）,strengthening the weak points （innovative competence） with the focus on “transforming,promoting,and integrating”.
