英国高校教学卓越框架及其问题分析

摘要 2017年,"教学卓越框架"成为英国高等教育发展中的关键词之一,通过发现和奖励优质教学,揭开了英国新一轮促进高等院校提高教学质量的序幕。注重教学质量内涵发展的考核与评价,从学生角度出发,学生学习过程、学习支持以及学习成果产出等要素成为衡量院校"教学卓越"水平的重要要素,对于扭转以往"重科研轻教学"的局面,使教学与科研置于同等重要的地位,这一政策必将给高等教育带来巨大的影响和冲击。 In 2017,The Teaching Excellence Framework became one of the key words in the development of UK higher education.The TEF aims to recognize and reward excellence in teaching and learning,and help unveil a new round of the promotion of teaching quality in higher education institutions in the UK.More attention is paid on the connotation of teaching quality evaluation.From the students' point of view,learning process,learning environment support and learning outcomes became the key elements to judge the level of teaching excellence of UK higher education institutions.In contrast to previous "value more on research scientific but less on teaching",the teaching and scientific research is in the equally important position,this will bring huge influence and impact to the British higher education and institutions.
