硫酸镁注射液联合孟鲁司特方案对支气管哮喘的治疗作用研究

Effect of magnesium sulfate injection and menglusite on the treatment of bronchial asthma

目的:研究硫酸镁注射液联合孟鲁司特方案对支气管哮喘的治疗作用。方法:取64例支气管哮喘患者分成两组,分别应用常规治疗与硫酸镁注射液联合孟鲁司特方案治疗,比较两组治疗的效果。结果:观察组肺功能改善情况优于对照组;观察组治疗有效率高于对照组;观察组发生1例恶心,1例头晕,不良反应较少。结论:硫酸镁注射液联合孟鲁司特方案对支气管哮喘治疗作用较好,而且安全性较高。

Objective：To study the therapeutic effect of magnesium sulfate injection combined with montelukast on bronchial asthma. Methods： 64 patients with bronchial asthma were divided into two groups. Routine treatment and magnesium sulfate injection combined with montelukast regimen was given to the two groups of patients respectively . The effects of the two groups of treatments were observed and compared. Results： The improvement of lung function in the observation group was better than that in the control group. The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. One case of nausea and one case had dizziness occurred in the observation group. Adverse reactions was few. Conclusion： Magnesium sulfate injection combined with montelukast has a better therapeutic effect on bronchial asthma and higher safety.
