摘要
对3D人脸识别技术的专利申请进行分析,为我国3D人脸识别技术战略布局提供参考。采用专利分析法,对比分析全球和我国专利申请趋势以及主要申请人分布情况,并对3D人脸识别技术演进路线进行梳理。分析发现:1)2012年起我国3D人脸识别技术专利申请数量呈现爆发式增长,2016年我国专利申请量接近全球,我国专利申请总量全球第一;2)我国主要申请人以高校为主,与国外以企业为主形成反差。我国企业应寻求与高校的合作,我国高校在积极研发技术的同时也应注重技术推广和市场应用,让专利真正发挥其应用价值。
To analyze the patent application of 3D face recognition technology and point out the direction for the development of 3D face recognition technology in China. The patent analysis method is used to compare and analyze the patent application trend and the distribution of applicants of global and China, to sort out the technological evolution route of 3D face recognition technology. Analyses show that: 1) Since 2012, the amount of patent applications for 3D face recognition technology in China has exploded. In 2016, the amount of patent applications in China was close to that of global applications. The total amount of patent applications in China is the largest worldwide. 2) The patent applicants in China are mainly universities, on contrast with mainly enterprises abroad. In the field of 3D face recognition technology, China enterprises should seek cooperation with universities, and China universities should pay more attention to marketing promotion to let patents fully exert their application value.
