摘要
电动汽车产业蓬勃发展,相应的整车道路耐久验证体系开发迫在眉睫。以燃油汽车整车道路耐久验证体系为基础,充分考虑电动汽车和燃油汽车在整车结构、动力系统和传动系统、活动区域、温度敏感性、质保要求等方面的差异,为轻型商用电动汽车确立整车道路耐久验证体系,包括在整车道路综合耐久试验规范中,重点实施高速工况设计、工况覆盖、里程与周期控制和特殊工况设计;在整车道路专项耐久试验规范中,紧密结合电动汽车特点,保留传动、转向、悬挂类专项试验;在整车环境耐久试验规范中,将高寒耐久试验优化为低温耐久试验,并提出高温、腐蚀耐久试验要点,阐述了总体开发逻辑和具体要求。
It is urgent to develop a set of proving ground durability test system under the boom of battery electrical vehicle industry. On the basis of proving ground durability test system for fueled vehicles, the differences of battery electrical vehicle and fueled vehicle from aspects including vehicle structure, dynamic/transmission system, activity area, temperature sensitivity and quality assurance requirement are fully considered, so that proving ground durability test system is ascertained for light commercial battery electrical vehicles: in the proving ground comprehensive durability test specification, high speed operation design, working condition coverage, mileage and cycle control and special working condition design are mainly implemented; in the proving ground special durability test specification, closely combined with the characteristics of electrical vehicles, the special tests of transmission, steering and suspension are retained; in the proving ground environment durability test specification, the cold durability test is optimized as low temperature durability test, and the key points of high temperature and corrosion durability test are put forward. Moreover, overall development logic and specific requirements are stated.
