摘要
有一批未安装自动消防系统的风力发电机组,为防止其发生重大火灾事故,提出一种基于感温磁发电元件探测启动的机舱被动式自动消防系统改造方案:提出在电气柜内布置S气溶胶的措施,在机舱主控柜内布置5个火灾探测点、3个干粉灭火器和1只维修开关,对机舱主控柜、塔基控制柜、塔基变流柜的灭火设计用量进行计算。方案易于实施、经济性好,能有效地对风机进行火灾危险的探测和自动灭火。方案已成功应用于多个风力发电场,为提高那批风力发电机组消防安全性能提供了一种新范式。
In order to prevent serious fire accidents of some wind turbines without automatic fire protection system in the early stage, a transformation scheme of passive automatic fire protection system is proposed for the cabin based on the detection and startup of thermo-sensitive magneto-generator. The measure of arranging S aerosol in electric cabinet is put forward, and 5 fire detection points, 3 dry powder extinguishers and 1 maintenance switch are arranged in the cabin. The fire extinguishing dosage of main cabinet, tower base control cabinet and tower base converter cabinet is calculated. The scheme is easy to implement and economical, and can effectively detect fire accidents and extinguish the wind turbines automatically. The scheme has been successfully applied to several wind farms, providing a new paradigm for improving fire safety performance of those early stage wind turbines.
