Study on Influence Factors of Aramid Resin and Fiber Ash Content

主要研究了PPTA树脂、对位芳纶纤维灰分中的成分,发现它们之间存在的差异,了解工艺控制与设备腐蚀对PPTA树脂、纤维灰分的影响,针对灰分成分及来源对可纺性的影响进行研究。

The ash content and the ash component of the PPTA resin and its corresponding aramid fiber are studied ,the difference between them is found.The equipment corrosion together with the process parameter control during production lead to this kind of variety is explained. The ash content and the origin of the ash can give an influence to the spinnability in a proper way.
