摘要
以桦菌芝多糖提取率为指标,在单因素实验的基础上,采用响应面法优化桦菌芝多糖的超声辅助提取工艺。确定最佳提取条件为:超声温度60℃、超声时间20min、料液比1∶25(g∶mL)、超声频率80kHz,在此条件下,桦菌芝多糖提取率可达2.25%。
Using the extraction rate of Phropolyporus fomentarius polysaccharides as an evaluation index,we optimized the ultrasonic-assisted extraction process of Phropolyporus fomentarius polysaccharides by response surface methodologies on the basis of single-factor experiments.The optimum extraction conditions can be determined as follows:the ultrasonic temperature of 60 ℃,the ultrasonic time of 20 min,the solid-liquid ratio of 1∶25(g∶mL),and the ultrasonic frequency of 80 kHz.Under above conditions,the extraction rate of Phropolyporus fomentarius polysaccharides reaches 2.25%.
