摘要
采用"硫化碱渣浸取-烟气吸收-弱酸性吸收液中和"新工艺综合治理硫化碱"三废"。工业应用表明,治理后转炉烟气中SO_2、NO_x和粉尘的平均浓度分别为27.0mg·Nm^(-3)、87.7mg·Nm^(-3)和21.2mg·Nm^(-3),达到《无机化学工业污染物排放标准》(GB 31573-2015);根据《危险废物鉴别标准腐蚀性鉴别》(GB 5085.1-2007),治理后具有腐蚀性危险特性的硫化碱渣转变为一般固废,并可用作水泥添加剂。
We adopted a new process of “sodium sulfide residue leaching-flue gas absorption-weak acid absorption liquid neutralization” to comprehensively treat “three-waste” in the production of sodium sulfide.The industrial application indicates that the average concentrations of SO 2,NO x ,and dust in converter flue gas after treatment are 27.0 mg·Nm^-3 ,87.7 mg·Nm^-3 ,and 21.2 mg·Nm^-3 ,respectively,which meet the Inorganic Chemical Industry Pollutant Emission Standard (GB 31573-2015).According to Corrosion Identification of Hazardous Waste Identification Standard (GB 5085.1-2007),sodium sulfide residues which have hazardous characteristics of corrosivity can transform to general solid waste after treatment,and can be used as cement additives.
