摘要
采用镍基催化剂,以顺丁烯二酸酐(顺酐)为原料,设计并建设了百吨级顺酐加氢连续生产丁二酸酐中试装置,优化了反应温度、反应压力及顺酐浓度等工艺条件,打通了整个工艺流程,开发了顺酐加氢连续生产丁二酸酐工艺,取得了预期效果。在反应温度为68℃、反应压力为2.0~3.0MPa、顺酐浓度为10%时,顺酐转化率达到100%,丁二酸酐选择性大于98.5%。
Using maleic anhydride as a raw material,we designed and constructed a pilot experimental device for 100 t·a -1 continuous production of succinic anhydride by hydrogenation of maleic anhydride catalyzed by nickel-based catalyst.Meanwhile,we optimized the process conditions such as reaction temperature,reaction pressure,and maleic anhydride concentration.The whole process flow and control system are in a good running condition.Moreover,we developed a pilot process of continuous production of succinic anhydride by hydrogenation of maleic anhydride,and achieved the expected results.The conversion of maleic anhydride is 100% and the selectivity of succinic anhydride is above 98.5% when the reaction temperature is 68 ℃,the reaction pressure is 2.0-3.0 MPa,and the maleic anhydride concentration is 10%.
