高水头混流机活动导叶根部过渡圆角应力分析

摘要 利用有限元分析软件,通过对活动导叶根部过渡圆角进行三维数值模拟,得到Von. Mises应力分布。通过对其分析,揭示了在甩负荷活动导叶全关工况和剪断销剪断工况下,集中应力和一般应力随过渡圆角大小的变化规律,并得到了具有指导意义的结论。 The three-dimensional numerical simulation of the transition fillet of the guide vane root is carried out by using the finite element analysis software, and the Von.Mises stress distribution is obtained. Through the analysis, the change rule of the concentrated stress and the general stress with the transition fillet size is revealed under the conditions of fully closing of guide vane as load rejection and snipping of break pin , and got some guiding conclusions.
