DMQ540门座起重机设计供电电压为6 300 V,但有时受条件限制,只有380 V电源可用。为保证门机长期稳定地工作,低压供电前要进行适当的改造。笔者在总结DMQ540门座起重机低压供电改造经验的基础上,就DMQ540起重机进行低压供电改造的原因、改造要领和改造效果等方面进行介绍。

DMQ540 portal slewing crane is designed with a supply voltage of 6300V, but sometimes restricted by conditions, only 380V power is available. In order to ensure long-term and stable operation of the portal slewing crane, proper modification should be made before low voltage power supply. On the basis of summarizing the experience of low voltage power supply modification of the DMQ540 portal slewing crane, the author introduces the reasons, essentials and effects of the low voltage power supply modification of DMQ540 crane.
