大规模风电并网对桂林北部电网安全稳定影响研究

摘要 按照统计分析,至2020年桂林北部电网资源县、全州县、兴安县、灌阳县内计划并网运行的风电机组总容量超过1 000 MW。随着风电装机容量逐渐增加,该区域风电多发时大量盈余电力电量需经220 k V电网送至桂林其它区域消纳,给该区域电网安全稳定运行带来了严峻挑战。笔者依据2018年—2020年桂林北部电网规划建设情况及预测负荷水平,采用电力系统分析软件逐年进行了安全稳定仿真计算,在此基础上找出了电网的薄弱环节及存在的稳定问题,并给出相应的解决措施。 According to statistical analysis, by 2020, the total capacity of wind turbines planned for grid connected operation will exceed 1000MW in Northern Guilin power grid including Ziyuan county, Quanzhou county, Xing’an county and Guanyang county. As the installed capacity of wind power increases gradually, a large amount of surplus power needs to be transferred to other areas of Guilin through 220kV grid to absorb, which brings severe challenges to the safe and stable operation of the regional power grid. According to the planning and construction and the forecast load level of northern Guilin power grid from 2018 to 2020, the author carries out the safety and stability simulation calculation year by year by using the power system analysis software, finds out the weak links of the power grid and the existing stability problems, and gives the corresponding solutions.
