经济型酒店顾客满意度评测指标体系研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文基于ACSI模型,确定经济型酒店顾客满意度测评模型中的潜变量。利用SERVQUAL架构,并结合经济型酒店的特点和新时代顾客对经济型酒店的要求,确定潜变量"质量感知"和"顾客期待"的可测变量。根据其它潜变量的涵义,确定它们各自的可测变量,最后建构经济型酒店顾客满意度的指标体系。
