摘要
浮式生产储油轮(FPSO)为典型的长期系泊或永久系泊海洋漂浮结构物,其甲板上除布置上部模块外,还有潜水工作站、电缆、管廊、废弃物等各类设备。为合理利用甲板面积,有些设备直接放置在舷外,设计合适的外挂结构与船体相连,如潜水工作站平台和废弃物平台均属于此类结构。对于电缆和管廊,则合理利用高度空间,采用桁架支撑。无论外挂结构,还是桁架结构,大多需满足海洋工程结构设计标准,被称为海工区域结构。文中以废弃物平台为例,介绍FPSO上需按海工区域标准设计的部分设备加强结构,其设计、强度校核和疲劳校核方法。
FPSO is a typical long-term mooring or permanent mooring floating structure. In addition to the upper deck modules, FPSO also has diving station, cables, pipe-rack, garbage and other equipment. In order to rationally utilize the deck area, some equipment is directly placed outboard and is connected to the hull by using properly designed hanging configuration, such as the diving station platform and garbage platform. While the cables and pipe-rack are supported by using truss to reasonably use the height space. Neither the hanging structure nor the truss structure, which mostly meet the design standard for the offshore engineering structure, are called offshore regional structure. Taking the garbage platform as an example, this paper introduces some equipment reinforcement structure on FPSO which need to be designed according to the offshore regional standard, its design, strength check and fatigue check methods.
