摘要
环保公约标准日趋严格,LNG作为燃料在废气排放方面相对于燃油具有绝对的优势。在此环境下,22000标准箱集装箱船的设计也迈出了挑战性的一步,其LNG燃料舱采用GTT公司的MARKIII技术,这在世界范围内应用尚属首次。危险识别(HAZID)在双燃料系统的设计中非常有必要,它分析了各种潜在的环境风险及设计风险,并寻求各种解决问题的途径,为实船详细设计保驾护航。
As a fuel, LNG has absolute advantage over the oil fuel in terms of the exhaust emissions due to the rising standard of the environmental protection conventions. In this context, the design of a 22 000 TEU container ship makes a challenge by using the LNG fuel tank that adopts the MARK III technology of GTT company, firstly in the world. Hazard identification (HAZID) is very necessary in the design of the dual fuel systems. It analyzes the various potential environmental risks and the design risks, and seeks solutions for the various problems, in order to guarantee the detailed design of the full-scale ship.
