公交车投币箱的自动清分系统设计与效果研究

Design and Effect Research on Automatic Sorting System of Bus Coin Box

近年来我国城市公共交通事业取得了快速发展,使得硬币和小面额纸币等零钞被广泛使用.零钞存在清分整理、存款点钞较难等情况.目前的零钞清分方式主要有人工清分和机器清分.针对目前清分系统存在的不足,设计发明了一种具有自动清分功能的新型公交车投币系统,并对试制样机进行了实验验证.结果表明:自动清分功能公交车投币系统具有工作高效、分钞精确、性能可靠、成本低廉的特点,十分符合市场需求,具有广阔的推广应用前景.

In recent years, the city public transportation industry in our country has developed rapidly, with coins and small denomination notes widely used. But there is an obvious problem in , changes sorting and depositing . There are two main types of manual and machine sorting. Aimed at improving the situation, we invented a new bus coin system with automatic sorting function, which can easily classify notes and coins. A prototype and the experiments are carried out. The results show that the new bus coin system has the characteristics of high working efficiency, sorting accuracy, reliable performance, low cost, very much in line with market demand, with a broad application prospect.
