摘要 为研究超长混凝土结构间歇法施工中温度约束应力的作用机理,基于实际工程开展了在不同间歇时间下浇筑先浇块和后浇块混凝土时温度及应变监测试验和数据分析.研究发现超长混凝土结构中混凝土的应变和温度变化规律是同步的.间歇时间不同,造成先浇块和后浇块在同一时间段内的降温速率也不一样:当二者降温速率接近时,可认为两块体作为1个整体共同降温收缩;当二者降温速率差异较大时,两块体呈现出各自收缩的特点.研究成果可为超长混凝土结构间隙法施工提供理论依据. Based on the practical engineering, monitoring and data analysis of temperature and strain for pouring block and post block concrete at different intervals are carried out in order to study the mechanism of temperature constrained stress in the construction of super long concrete intermittent construction. The study is found that the super long concrete structure in the concrete strain and temperature change rule is synchronous. When the inter val is different, the cooling rate of the first block and the latter block is different, too. When the cooling rate is close, two bodies can be considered as a whole to cool and shrink; when the difference between the two cooling rate is large. The two bodies show the characteristics of their respective shrinkage. The results of this study can provide theoretical basis for the construction of super long concrete structure.
