基于模糊矩阵的钢结构质量量化评价方法的研究 被引量:3

摘要 钢结构具有结构性能好、跨度大、装配程度高、施工工期短等优点,在高层建筑结构上应用广泛,其施工质量安全评价问题始终是工程中关注的焦点.以某会议中心钢结构工程关键部位——钢花篮结构的施工为例,通过建立三维模型对节点、钢柱部位进行构造分析,研究现场施工质量安全量化评价方法.采用模糊矩阵法对钢结构工程关键部位——钢花篮结构进行质量量化综合评价,选出质量要素评价指标,设定各质量要素权重及评价因素集合,通过分层分析法计算各质量影响因素的权重,得到综合评价计算结果.与常规评价方法相比,模糊综合评价法避免了强制打分的主观评价误差,具有较好的操作性,定量化、数学化进行评价,客观表达钢结构实际施工质量安全状况,实现质量评价的人机管理模式,为工程质量监管提供依据. The steel structure with the advantages of good structural performance, large span, high degree of assembly and short construction period is widely used in high rise build ing structure, and its construction quality and safety assessment issues always focus on the engineering proper. This paper, taking the construction of steel flower basket structure, a key part of the steel structure project of a conference center as an example, establishes a three-dimension model of the node, steel column parts of the structural analysis, and resear ches the site quality assurance quantitative assessment method. The fuzzy matrix method is used to evaluate the quality of the steel structure, and the quality factor evaluation index is set up. The weights of each factor of quality and the evaluation factors are set up. The weight of each quality influencing factor is calculated by stratification method, and the result of comprehensive evaluation is obtained. The conventional evaluation method under compari son, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method avoids the subjective evaluation error of compulsory scoring, has a better operability, quantitative and mathematical evaluation. It objectively expresses the actual construction quality and safety of steel structure, and achieves the quality evaluation, machine management model, as provides a basis for project quality supervision.
