摘要
结合我国建筑节能发展历程和常用保温板的性能特点,简要介绍酚醛泡沫保温板的产业现状和改性研发历程,重点针对酚醛泡沫保温板的微观机理构造和改性研究进行分析阐述,并对其工程应用中存在的主要问题和原因进行对策研究分析,最后对其在民用建筑保温工程中的普遍适用性进行总结和提出合理化建议与对策,特别对保温板材与基层的现场黏结强度试验方法提出研发方向和改进策略.
The current industry situation and modification development process of phenolic foam board are briefly reviewed based on the development of energy saving building and performance characteristics of common insulation boards in China. This paper focuses on the micro mechanism structure and modification research, and analyzes the main problems and causes in the engineering application. Finally, the general applicability in the civil building insulation project is summarized and reasonable suggestions and countermeasures are put forward. This paper especially proposes development direction and improvement strategies concerning the on site bond strength test of the thermal insulation board and the base layer.
