摘要
以青岛市某办公建筑为研究对象,利用DeST软件进行全年能耗模拟,结合青岛市民用建筑能耗监管平台的实测数据,分析建筑的节能潜力,从建筑本体和空调系统两方面提出建筑节能改造方案.结果表明,综合采用外墙外保温、SHGC玻璃、冷水机组合理选型、冷冻泵变频控制等措施可以有效地减少空调系统能耗.
Taking an office building in Qingdao as the research object, this paper simulates the annual energy consumption by using DeST and analyzes the energy saving potential of the building with the measured data originates from Qingdao civil building energy consump tion on monitoring platform. The building energy efficiency is proposed from two aspects the building body and the air conditioning system transformation program. The simulation resuits show that the energy consumption of air conditioning system can be effectively reduced by the combination control of external wall insulation, SHGC glass, chiller selection and freezing pump frequency.
