Research Status of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

对慢性疲劳综合征的病因病机、诊断、治疗等方面的研究现状进行了综述.其病因病机包括病毒感染、精神心理因素、免疫系统功能异常、遗传易感性和神经内分泌系统紊乱等几个方面;目前,医学界主要采用美国疾病控制中心制定的诊断标准;慢性疲劳综合征的治疗主要有药物治疗、认知行为治疗和运动治疗等方法.最后,指出了存在的问题,并进行了研究展望.

The etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome （CFS） are reviewed. The etiology and pathogenesis include viral infection, psychosocial factors, immune system dysfunction, genetic susceptibility and neuroendocrine disorders, etc. At present, the medical profession mainly adopts the diagnostic criteria formulated by the United States Centers for Disease Control. The treatment mainly includes drug treatment, cognitive-behavioral therapy and exercise therapy and so on. Finally, the existing problems are pointed out, and the research prospects are also discussed.
