高职康复治疗技术专业招生、培养和就业联动机制的研究

Research on the Linkage Mechanism of Enrollment,Training and Employment in Rehabilitation Technology Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

目前,我国康复治疗技术专业人才社会需求量大,这类人才严重缺乏.虽然如此,许多高职高专的康复专业每年招生人数仍不到100人,远未与社会需求协调同步,其主要原因是康复治疗技术专业招生、培养、就业三个环节相分离,与社会需求相脱节.为适应社会需求,就建立招生、培养、就业三者联动机制问题,从以下方面进行了阐述:树立特色招生品牌,自主招生和统招相结合;实行订单培养,实现培养与就业联动;以就业方向指导招生,实现就业与招生联动.

At present, the demand for rehabilitation technology professionals in China is very large and there is a serious shortage of these talents. Nevertheless, the annual enrollment of rehabilitation major in many vocational schools is still less than 100, far from being in harmony with social needs. The main reason is that the linkage of enrollment, training and employment is separated from social needs. In order to meet the needs of the society, this paper expounds the establishment of a linkage mechanism of enrollment, training and employment at aspects of establishing a distinctive brand of enrollment, combining independent enrollment with unified enrollment; implementing order training to realize the linkage between cultivation and employment; guiding enrollment with employment direction to realize the linkage between employment and enrollment.
