A Study on the Improvement of Party Cadres' Quality in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

党的十九大报告明确要求,建设高素质专业化干部队伍,干部是决定因素。高校作为人才培养高地,党务干部是高校干部队伍中的重要组成部分,提高党务干部素养已成为高校的一项重要任务,对高校能否培养社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人起着重要作用。为适应新形势下高校改革发展,党务干部应具有过硬的自身素质和工作能力,才能适应新时代、解决新矛盾、完成新任务。

It is clearly required in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,that cadres are the decisive factor for building a highly qualified and professional team of cadres. Universities and colleges are talents cultivation highlands,and Party cadres are an important part of cadres of universities and colleges. It has become an important task for universities and colleges to improve the quality of Party cadres,which plays an important role in universities’and colleges’cultivation of qualified builders and reliable successors of the cause of socialism. In order to adapt to the educational reform and development of universities and colleges in the new situation,Party cadres should possess excellent quality and working ability to adapt to the new era,solve new contradictions,and accomplish new tasks.
