三年困难时期的教育发展述论——以广东龙川县为例

An Overview of the Educational Development in the Three Difficult Times——Take Longchuan County as an Example

三年困难时期,国家经济严重受阻,人民生活极其困苦。国家各项事业基本处于停滞甚至倒退阶段,教育事业也不例外。龙川县地处粤北山区,经济和教育发展的条件较差,因而三年困难时期其教育事业受到的冲击比省内其它地区更大。三年困难时期龙川县各类教育的发展普遍受到冲击,尤其是幼儿教育与普通中小学教育受到的冲击最大,发展艰难。值得注意的是,这一时期的教育发展不仅受到经济困难的影响,当时政治形势带来的影响也不容忽视。

During the difficult period of three years,the national economy was severely hampered and people＇s lives were extremely difficult.The state＇s various undertakings were basically in a stagnant or even retrogressive,and education was no exception. Longchuan County is located in the mountainous area of northern Guangdong,and the conditions for economic and educational development are relatively under-developed. Therefore,during the three-year hard times,its educational undertakings were affected severer than other regions in the province. During the three-year hardship period,the development of various types of education in Longchuan County was generally affected. In particular,early childhood education and ordinary primary and secondary school education were the hardest hit and the development was difficult. It is worth noting that the development of education in this period was not only affected by economic difficulties,but the impact of the political situation at that time could not be ignored.
