摘要
该研究从流畅体验和工作满足的角度探寻大学生志愿者参与赛事服务的行为和体验.调查发现:学习者定位有助于志愿者挑战困难,全情投入服务,产生高流畅体验感;志愿伙伴间良好的支持互动是获得工作满足最重要的因素.流畅体验、工作满足对赛事志愿者再参与意愿有显著的预测作用.根据研究结果论文提出建议及展望.
This study examines the service behavior and experience among university volunteers from their flow experience and job satisfaction. It has been found that learning goal orientation positively predicts volunteers' motivation to take challenges and engage in their service,which in turn results in flow experience;the social support from peers positively predicts their job satisfaction. Flow experience and job satisfaction significantly predict their intention of re-participation.Future directions and practical suggestions are discussed.
