Factors Affecting Transformation and Upgrading of Small and Micro Enterprises from the Perspective of Supply Side Reform: Taking Small and Micro Enterprises in Shangzhuang Town, Yancheng as an Example

小微企业是经济发展的重要组成部分,但融资困难、生产成本增加、用工招工难和缺乏优惠政策制约着小微企业的发展。基于对调查结果进行的深入分析和研究认为,政府应根据小微企业发展的困境,在管理、金融、人才和基础建设等各个方面给予引导和政策扶持,才利于促使小微企业成长为具有自主知识产权的信息化、现代化创新型企业。

Small and micro enterprises are an important part of economic development. However, financing difficulties, increasing production costs, labor recruitment difficulties and lack of preferential policies restrict their development. Based on the analysis of investigation results, it points out that the government should play a guiding role in the aspects of man- agement, finance, talent and infrastructure construction to help small and micro enterprises develop into information based, modem and innovative enterprises with independent intellectual property rights.
