海洋平台钻机模块用灰罐撬标准化设计应用研究

灰罐作为DSM模块中的关键设备,用于接收、储存和输送油井水泥、膨润土和重晶石等物料。根据钻机模块用灰罐撬的特点和工艺特色进行灰罐撬的标准化设计,可在优化设计的同时减少重复劳动,提高设计质量,有效降低产品的直接和间接成本。标准化设计在目标平台实施效果显著,为今后海洋平台用常低压容器成撬设计提供了参考依据,也为企业相关标准化工作提供重要依据,促进了企业体系的完善。

Ash cans, as key equipments in the DSM module, are used for receiving, storage and transmission of oil well cement, bentonite and barite and other materials. Standardized design of grey tank lever is carried out according to the char- acteristics and features of grey tank lever used in the drilling rig module, which not only optimizes the design, but also reduces duplication of work, improves the quality of design and effectively reduces the direct and indirect costs of the prod- ucts. The introduction of the target platform has gained remarkable results. It will provide reference for the design of low pressure vessels at offshore platform, provide important basis for the enterprise standardization and thus promote the im- provement of the system of enterprise system.
