摘要 针对甘蔗糖厂蔗渣锅炉的特点,分析设计了燃烧控制系统的控制任务,本文采用BP神经网络对蔗渣锅炉燃烧控制系统进行优化。该系统成功应用于弄璋糖厂,保证了锅炉供汽的工艺要求和锅炉的经济效益和运行安全,减轻了人工劳动强度,经济、环保效益显著。 According to the characteristics of bagasse boiler in sugar mill, this paper analyzed and designed the control task of the combustion control system. BP neural network was applied to optimize combustion control system of bagasse boiler. This system had been used in Nongzhang Sugar Mill successfully, after using the system, meets the technological requirements of steam from the boiler, meets on boiler economical burning and safety run, reduces the labor intensity, and the economic benefits and environmental advantage is remarkable.
