发达国家职业农民培养模式对新型农民大学生培养的启示——以湖南省为例

The Enlightenment of Professional Peasants Training Mode in Developed Countries to the Cultivation of New-type Peasants College Students——A Case Study of Hunan Province

新型农民的培养是现代农业发展的动力源泉,是农民增收的根本之计,是乡风建设的重要内容,是村容整洁的内在要求,是农村民主管理的重要前提和保障。分析且借鉴发达国家职业农民培养模式,可给湖南省新型农民大学生培养提供诸多启示,可从健全法律保障、加强经费支持、因地制宜、优化管理体系、灵活多变培养方式方法等方面优化培养措施。

The cultivation of new-type peasants is the power source for the development of modern agriculture, the basis of peasants＇ income, the important component of the local custom construction, the inner requirement of village neatly, the important premise and guarantee for rural democratic management. The author is deeply inspired by the reference and analysis of the training model of professional peasants in developed countries, and some optimization measures to train new-type peasants in Hunan province are put forward in this paper, from the aspects of improving legal security, strengthening financial support, adapting to local conditions, optimizing management system and adopting flexible training method to cultivate new-type peasants.
