Taking Hunan Vocational College for Nationalities as an example, this thesis analyzes the importance of the precise poverty-alleviation for the inland Tibetan college students, and illustrates four successful patterns to implement, and discusses the guarantee measures of applying and popularizing as well. It is to provide referential practice for the inland vocational colleges for nationalities.
