独立学院贫困生思想政治教育问题与对策

On the Problems and Countermeasures of the Ideological and Political Education for the Impoverished Students in Independent Colleges

独立学院贫困生资助来源单一、就业渠道有限,经济压力较大,存在自责、自卑的负面心理,且学校亦存在对贫困生思想政治教育不重视、师资队伍建设滞后、教育内容与方法缺乏系统性等问题。独立学院应转变贫困生思想政治教育工作观念,提高思想政治教育工作者的业务水平,重视学生理想信念、心理健康、职业生涯与就创业教育,健全贫困生帮扶机制,利用信息化平台构建"互联网+思想政治教育"新思路,以改善贫困生物质条件,培养其健全的人格。

Some problems existed in independent colleges, such as the single source of funding for poor students, limited employment channels, economic pressure, negative and self-abased psychology, ignored ideological and political education, lagging construction for teachers＇ team, and unsystematic education contents and methods. The author think that it should change the poverty students＇ ideological and political education concept, improve the level of ideological and political education workers, emphasize the students＇ ideal faith, mental health, career, and employment education, and also improve the mechanism of helping poor students,using the information platform to build the new way of ＂Internet plus ideological and political education＂, however, these measures are to improve the poor living conditions and cultivate their sound personality.
