摘要
伴随着高等职业教育的快速发展,高职院校师资队伍内涵建设不足的矛盾也日益凸显。该文基于对D高职院校师资队伍结构的现状分析,分析出现有师资队伍结构失衡主要体现在年龄结构不合理、职称结构失衡、学历结构不合理、兼职教师队伍中缺少能工巧匠、"双师型"教师队伍建设重数量轻质量等问题。探索该校师资队伍结构优化策略,提高高职院校师资队伍的整体素质,为同类型的高职院校师资队伍建设提供参考。
With the rapid development of higher vocational education, the contradiction of insufficient connotation construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges is becoming increasingly prominent. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the structure of teaching staff in D higher vocational colleges, The analysis shows that the imbalance of the structure of teachers is mainly reflected in the unreasonable age structure, the imbalance of title structure, the unreasonable educational background structure, the lack of skillful craftsman in part-time teachers, the emphasis on quantity rather than quality for the "double-qualified" teachers' team construction, and so on. Thus, the author explores the optimization strategy of the faculty structure in order to improve the overall quality and to provide a reference to improve faculty construction in the same type higher vocational colleges.
