摘要
该试验通过测量不同生长期‘粉冠军’红掌种苗的侧芽数及侧芽发生率,以及对丛生苗现象发生不同程度的种苗进行内源激素ZR、IAA、ABA的测定,分析了不同种苗的内源激素差异及其与丛生苗现象的关系,以探索红掌丛生苗现象的生理生化机制,探讨解决红掌丛生苗现象的方法。结果表明,‘粉冠军’红掌在不同生长阶段发生侧芽的情况不一,在4个月苗龄的穴盘苗阶段侧芽发生率为0,而在6个月苗龄的杯苗阶段的侧芽发生率大幅提升达42%;不同程度丛生苗发生现象种苗的内源激素含量差异显著,IAA的含量与‘粉冠军’红掌的侧芽数呈负相关,而ZR的含量与‘粉冠军’红掌的侧芽数呈正相关,表明红掌丛生苗发生与其内源激素含量有关。
In this experiment, the author measured the number of lateral buds and the percentage of lateral buds produced by the Anthurium andraeanum 'Pink Champion' seedlings at different growth stages, and analyzed the endogenous hormones ZR, IAA,and ABA in seedlings with varying degrees of seedling growth. The differences in endogenous hormones of different seedlings and the relationship with the phenomenon of clump seedlings were analyzed to explore the phenomenon physiological and biochemical mechanisms and the methods to plant the Anthurium andraeanum. The result showed that the occurrence of lateral buds at the different growth stages of Anthurium andraeanum 'Pink Champion' was different. The rate of lateral buds was 0 at the 4 months old seedling stage, but the lateral buds were at the 6 months old stage, the incidence rate increased significantly by 42%. The endogenous hormone contents of clustered seedlings with varying degrees of clustered seedlings was significantly different, and the IAA content was negatively correlated with the number of lateral buds of the Anthurium andraeanum 'Pink Champion', and the ZR content and the number of lateral buds of the Anthurium andraeanum 'Pink Champion' was positively correlated, these phenomena indicated that the occurrence of the Anthurium andraeanum clustered seedlings was related to the endogenous hormone contents.
