摘要
Wernicke失语症患者大脑优势侧颞上回后部损伤是语块能力缺损的神经生理学基础。Wernicke语块能力是指识别和产生语块的能力。它可以从言语输出、阅读、听语理解和书写等四方面进行评价。分析评估数据的变化是进行有效的语言康复治疗的重要依据。结果显示,语块能力训练一定程度上可有效改善Wernicke失语症患者的语言表达能力,该方法促进了患者语言康复进程。
The rear injury of Wernicke aphasiac's brain advantage temporal gyrus is the basis of language ability to block defect neurophysiology. Aphasiac's capacity to identify and output lexical chunks can be assessed by the four aspects: the spoken languageoutput, text reading, listening comprehension and writing. The analysis on the change of the data is an important basis of the effectivelanguage rehabilitation. The results show that the lexical chunk training can effectively improve the ability of language expression, sug-gesting that the family and the hospital can better take advantage of the Lexical Chunks Teaching for aphasiac and hence strengthenaphasiac's rehabilitation.
