我们要积极发展人工智能技术,但为了维护人类的尊严,我们不能让机器人的功能全面超过人,不能把机器人当作人,更不能让机器人统治人类。为此要对人工智能技术发展的速度、规模、水平以及人机关系加以必要的约束。要关注人工智能技术观的导向,人工智能技术万能、天然合理、自主、至上的观点是错误的。
