摘要
针对负载扰动影响永磁同步电机(PMSM)无位置传感器控制精度和稳定性的问题,提出一种基于负载转矩观测器的PMSM抗负载扰动控制策略。考虑负载扰动的影响,利用无迹卡尔曼滤波的非线性无损滤波特性,对转子位置、转速和负载转矩进行实时观测,并将负载转矩观测值作为前馈补偿,减小转矩和电流脉动,提高电机速度和转矩的响应性能。仿真结果表明,所设计的观测器能准确跟踪、观测负载变化,可有效解决负载突变引起的电机输出转速波动问题,提高系统的鲁棒性,验证所提控制策略是有效的。
In view of the effect of load torque disturbance on the control precision and stability- of permanent magnet synchronous motor sensorless control, an anti-load disturbance control strategy- of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on load torque observer was proposed. The rotor speed, position and load torque will be observed in real time, with the load disturbance being taken into account, by taking advantage of the nonlinear and lossless filter characteristics of the unscented Kalman filter. In order to further improve the response performance of the motor speed and torque, and reduce torque ripple and current ripple, the observed load torque was used as feed- forward compensation. The sinmlation results show that the designed observer can accurately tract and observe the change of load. Besides, the issue of motor output speed fluctuation caused by load mutation is resolved effectively. The robustness of the system is improved, and the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy- is verified.
