摘要
简要分析了当前主流塑壳断路器产品结构设计不利于智能制造的问题,并提出优化设计与改进思路。主要从触头灭弧系统、热磁脱扣器、产品整体方面进行分析,通过减少零部件数量、简化产品结构、简化产品装配过程、易于定位零部件、易于自动化生产装配/检测/校核实现等方面进行优化设计与改进,以符合智能制造要求。
This paper briefly analyzed the problems that the current mainstreanl MCCB product structure design is not conducive to smart manufacturing, and proposed optinfized design and improvenlent ideas. It mainly analyzes the optinfization and improvement of the contact arc extinguishing system, the thermal magnetic release, and the overall product. The optinfization design and improvement is achieved by reducing the number of paris, simplifying the product structure, simplifying the assembly process of the product, the component is easy to locate, and it is easy to realize automatic assembly, inspection and verification in order to meet the requirements of smart manufacturing.
