摘要 针对交流接触器检测现场环境不稳定、干扰大、在线检测及故障诊断困难等问题,提出从接触器运行振动位移与声级两方面对其运行状态进行在线检测。首先对加速度传感器采集的振动信号进行加窗FFT处理,再通过算法处理得到振动位移;同时采用传声器采集交流接触器运行前的背景噪声信号以及运行后的合成噪声信号,通过公式分离出接触器发出的噪声声级。从振动位移与声级两方面作为混合判据来检测交流接触器的运行状态,较单一判据具有更高的可靠性。 In view of the unstable enviromnent and large interference, on-line detection and fault diagnosis of AC contactor are difficult. In this paper, the operation state of AC contactor is detected on-line from vibration displacement and sound level two aspects. First, with windowed FFT of the vibration signal collected by the acceleration sensor, vibration displacement is obtained by algorithm. Meanwhile, a microphone is used to collect noise signal before and after operation of AC contactor. The two kinds of noise are called background noise and synthesis noise respectively. The noise level emitted by the contactor is separated by the formula. From the two aspects of vibration displacement and sound level,it can be used to detect the operation state of AC contactor,which is more reliable than by the single criterion.
