公安机关在治理西南边境地区"空心村"的过程中,通常会遇到村民防范意识及能力欠缺、流动人口引发治安问题、空心村地缘导致资源难以整合、警力资源不足和设备不足等困境。通过采取宣传教育、划片治理、优化配置、发挥基层组织作用等可行性的治理对策,可为西南地区"空心村"治安管理提供新的路向。

In the process of managing vacant villages of the southwest border area, the public security agencies often encounter problems, such as the lack of villagers＇ awareness and capacity, and the migrants＇ issues. Vacant villages raise many difficulties in integrating material resources, police resources, equipment, ethnic and religious factors. To provide a new direction for the vacant villages problems of the southwest for our public security management. We must take some practical ways such as enhancing education, slicing management, optimize the allocation, and developing the basic governments.
