摘要
作为检验空空导弹生产工艺稳定性的重要手段,环境例行试验被订购方广泛采用,其抽样方案是承制方和订购方协商的重点。本文首先从相关国家军用标准中的规定入手,基于抽样检验中的接收概率对空空导弹的批量及环境例行试验的样本量进行分析。通过标准分析和定量计算得出,导弹的生产批量可根据订货量和生产能力确定,用于环境例行试验的样本量可在参考理论计算值的基础上适当考虑检验成本来确定。
Environmental routine test is an important method adopted widely by the consumer to inspect the manufacturing process stability for air-to-air missile, the sampling scheme for environmental routine test is the key point discussed by the producer and the consumer. Firstly, the rules of the national military standards are presented, and the missile batches and the number of samples for environmental routine test are analyzed based on the acceptance probability in the sampling inspection. Through the standards analysis and quantitative calculation, the following conclusion is gotten: the missile batches can be determined on the basis of the goods order and the manufacturing capacity, and the number of samples for environmental routine test can be determined on the consideration of the calculated value and the inspection cost.
