摘要
采用超高性能混凝土(UHPC,Ultra High Performance Concrete)造壳改善大吸水率混凝土性能,试验研究了经过造壳处理和未处理基准混凝土工作性、抗压强度、耐久性的区别,结果表明:使用超高性能混凝土对大吸水率骨料进行"造壳"处理后,配制混凝土的初始坍落度得到显著提高,且静置1h以后依旧保持良好的工作性,抗压强度、密实性和抗氯离子渗透性能均有明显的提高,混凝土收缩减小。
The UHPC shell making was used to improve the performance of concrete with high water absorption.By comparing the working property,compressive strength and durability after shell making with the benchmark concrete,the research shows that the prepared concrete manifests better performance in initial slump and it still maintains good workability after 1 h standing,which shows obviously better performance in terms of compressive strength,density and permeability resistance to chloride ion and reduced shrinkage of concrete.
