摘要
为监控大体积混凝土的温升状态,将有限元数值模拟及实测监控数据进行对比分析,结果表明有限元数值模拟结果与实测结果接近。因此,利用有限元数值模拟的方式进行大体积混凝土温度监控计算是可行的,通过理论计算预估混凝土水化热热量传递,从而控制混凝土温度裂缝的出现。
In order to monitor the temperature rising state of mass concrete,the finite element numerical simulation and the measured monitoring data are compared and analyzed.The results show that the finite element numerical simulation results are close to the measured results.Therefore,it is feasible to monitor and calculate the temperature of mass concrete by means of finite element numerical simulation,the heat transfer of concrete hydration heat is predicted by theoretical calculation,and the occurrence of concrete temperature cracks is controlled.
