摘要 随着全球能源战略的变化,光伏产业近10年间爆发式增长,随之而来的诸如产能过剩等类似的问题逐渐出现,市场和需求也在不断改变。如何在激烈的市场竞争和快速变化的市场需求中捕捉商机,是光伏产业营销面临的一大挑战。该文通过项目实例,针对光伏产业的市场开拓,详细介绍一种在新市场、新需求下的创新型营销方案,应对行业发展的变革,以实现企业持续发展。 With the change of global energy strategy,the past ten years has seen an explosion of photovoltaic industry.The following problems,such as overcapacity,are gradually emerging,and the market and demands are constantly changing.How to capture business opportunities in the fierce market competition and fast changing market demand is a big challenge for the marketing of photovoltaic industry.With regard to market exploitation of photovoltaic industry,this paper introduces an innovative marketing proposal under the new market and demand in detail based on project examples,in response to reform in industry development and to realize sustainable development of the enterprise.
